Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles including healthcare, logistics, and technology
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and digital recruitment campaigns
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Develop and nurture relationships with key corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement and onboarding
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job advertisements and employer branding content
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in staffing or agency environment
- Proven expertise in passive candidate sourcing across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport at all levels
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting hiring trends and market data
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
