Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across technical, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and placement logistics
- Develop and maintain deep client relationships through quarterly business reviews
- Leverage LinkedIn, Boolean search, and ATS systems for talent acquisition
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Maintain 95% candidate placement satisfaction through post-placement follow-ups
Qualifications
- 3+ years recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Expert knowledge of Detroit's labor market and industry-specific talent pools
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated placement metrics
- Valid Michigan staffing/recruiting certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
