Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for technical, healthcare, and administrative roles across Columbus' thriving business districts
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with 50+ Columbus-based clients including Nationwide, OhioHealth, and Huntington Bank
- Execute innovative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, and local tech meetups to attract top-tier talent
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments using our proprietary evaluation framework
- Develop data-driven recruitment reports and optimize hiring funnels using Greenhouse and Lever ATS
- Represent our agency at Columbus tech events and university career fairs to expand our talent pipeline
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional candidate experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience with proven track record in technical or healthcare staffing
- Expertise in Columbus' talent market with established relationships in local tech and medical communities
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated success in closing high-value placements
- Valid Ohio driver's license for frequent client meetings across Columbus metro area
