Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries in Baltimore
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from client intake to candidate onboarding
- Develop deep expertise in Baltimore's talent landscape and emerging industry trends
- Forge strategic partnerships with 50+ local businesses to understand hiring needs
- Utilize our proprietary ATS and data-driven recruitment tools for maximum efficiency

Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven success in placing candidates in Baltimore's competitive market
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and social media recruitment strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore's business ecosystem and talent pools
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
