Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with 50+ Atlanta-based companies to understand staffing needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Leverage cutting-edge ATS platforms to optimize candidate pipelines and reporting metrics
- Develop innovative sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit and competency alignment
- Analyze market trends to position Atlanta Talent Connect as the staffing industry leader
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with demonstrable ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence candidates and hiring managers
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize processes
- Certification in SHRM-SCP or CTS preferred
- Deep knowledge of Atlanta's talent market and key industry hubs
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining candidate quality standards
