Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions across multiple industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect candidate-role alignment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Leverage our ATS and CRM systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Represent Premier Staffing Solutions at local job fairs and networking events
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record in candidate placement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Deep understanding of Wichita's job market and local industry dynamics
