Responsibilities
- Sourcer and vet qualified candidates for diverse industry roles (IT, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering)
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, offers, and onboarding support
- Leverage ATS systems and digital platforms to optimize candidate pipelines
- Analyze market trends to position candidates competitively and advise clients
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and reference verification
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and manage expectations
- Strong analytical skills to interpret client needs and market data
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification preferred
