- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including onboarding
- Leverage digital platforms and networking to expand talent pipeline
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience required
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of Omaha's job market
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
