Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across various industries
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track metrics and optimize processes
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Present qualified candidates to clients and negotiate compensation packages
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing techniques
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
