Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain deep client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment pipelines and KPIs
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in candidate experience and compliance
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in all recruitment processes
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques including social media and niche platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment with measurable placement success
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of EEOC regulations and industry compliance standards
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
