Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, finance, and light industrial sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to match talent with client requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social platforms for talent discovery
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical or professional roles
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with Jacksonville's local job market and talent landscape
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment with KPI accountability
- SHRM or CERF certification preferred
