Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent assignments
- Develop client relationships through weekly business reviews and pipeline updates
- Analyze market trends to optimize compensation packages and retention strategies
- Train recruiters on our proprietary talent mapping methodologies
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with proven track record
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Experience with niche markets (IT/healthcare/manufacturing preferred)
- SHRM-SPHR or CPC certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze recruitment metrics
- Strong understanding of Indianapolis talent landscape
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements at $100K+ salary levels
