Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract positions across multiple industries
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Source passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and professional networks
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to match cultural fit and skills
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary ATS system with 98% user satisfaction
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Track KPIs including placement ratios, time-to-fill, and client satisfaction metrics
- Represent TalentWave at industry events and career fairs across Florida
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually with 85%+ retention rate
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and major sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong understanding of Florida labor laws and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Valid driver's license and willingness for 10% local travel
