Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech, healthcare, and industrial sectors using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to placement
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through weekly check-ins and strategic consultative calls
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages and talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain accurate ATS data while ensuring 95%+ compliance with EEOC regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven placement metrics
- Expertise in candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Indeed Resume)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills to interpret talent market data and client needs
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for local client meetings
