Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to final onboarding.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Attend weekly training sessions to sharpen recruitment strategies and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; College students pursuing degrees in HR or Business are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Email, and Web browsers).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and achieve targets.
