Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Conduct market analysis to identify talent trends and salary benchmarks in California
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize staffing solutions and operational efficiency
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicants, manage pipelines, and generate weekly payroll reports
- Drive innovative recruitment strategies to meet fast-paced client demands
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with proven track record in California market
- Expert knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
