Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry positions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients
- Coordinate staffing needs across multiple concurrent assignments
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Collaborate with sales team to fulfill urgent client requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume placement environments
- Strong knowledge of Bay Area job market and industries
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure in urgent hiring scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification a plus
