Responsibilities
- Client & Candidate Sourcing: actively source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to fill open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and applicants.
- Onboarding & Administration: Manage the onboarding process, including background checks, drug screens, and contract preparation.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Market Knowledge: Research and stay current on salary trends and labor laws within the North Carolina market.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide top-tier talent solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- CRM Knowledge: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar software is a plus.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet client needs.
