Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business a plus.
