Responsibilities
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to match talent with open positions.
- Coordinate Schedules: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applicants and placements in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on job orders and candidate status.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and labor market insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with the orientation process to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelorβs degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior staffing or HR experience required β we train all candidates!
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to type efficiently (30+ WPM).
- Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable navigating Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, professional demeanor with a "can-do" attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work standard business hours (Monday β Friday, 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM).
