Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various industries.
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and pipeline status.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, including scheduling, confirmations, and logistics.
- Build a robust talent pipeline by actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure cultural and skill fit for client requirements.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand staffing needs and provide exceptional candidate experiences.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) or ATS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while remaining highly organized in a fast-paced setting.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for on-site client visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
