Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates using various recruitment channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals).
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the sales team to fill open requisitions and meet targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the process.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new temporary staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business or HR preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule, including occasional evening availability.
