Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and recruit high-quality candidates for various industries, including Technology, Engineering, and Finance.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to expand your talent pipeline.
- Provide market feedback and salary insights to candidates to ensure transparency throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the internal team to optimize recruitment strategies and improve placement ratios.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales within the B2B sector.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting methodologies and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel to client sites is required).
