Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, for technical and professional roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for client accounts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective interview strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong networking skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
