Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking) to identify passive candidates in the Memphis and broader Tennessee area.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining job requirements and screening resumes to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through consistent outreach, relationship building, and market intelligence.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Market Expansion: actively expand our footprint in the Memphis market by identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical staffing, executive search, or human resources.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert level proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Memphis, TN job market and network within the local professional community.
