Responsibilities
- Manage the Recruitment Pipeline: Coordinate the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and facilitating onboarding.
- Client & Candidate Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for temporary workers and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- System Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with all HR policies.
- Administrative Support: Assist with payroll processing, timesheet verification, and generating weekly reports for management.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify potential new talent pools and industry trends to support our recruiting strategy.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, prepare, and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess cultural fit and skill sets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, administrative support, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar HR software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Portland, Oregon.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
