Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates across IT, healthcare, and administrative sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ Raleigh-area employers
- Conduct candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for successful placements
- Utilize ATS platforms to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Present weekly staffing reports to agency leadership
Qualifications
- 1-3 years recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh's job market dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid North Carolina staffing certification (preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs
