Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate staffing needs in Mesa's healthcare, tech, and logistics sectors
- Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows including interviews, background checks, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing requirements
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements and optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends
- Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless candidate placement and satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record in high-volume candidate sourcing and placement
- Strong knowledge of Mesa's job market and local industries
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
