Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including finance, healthcare, and technology
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure seamless placements
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies for immediate hiring needs
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client staffing requirements and deliverables
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing coordination experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
