Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment for various positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews and schedules for candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using social media and job boards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Update candidate databases and recruitment metrics accurately and in real-time.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or recruiting preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
