Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms and innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure optimal candidate-job matching
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to provide strategic staffing solutions
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing 15+ candidates monthly in Tampa market
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Florida labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
