Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and professional networking events.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand evolving talent needs.
- Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking reports to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions within a staffing agency environment.
- Deep knowledge of the Seattle tech ecosystem and programming languages (React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
