Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-demand technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps specialists)
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for emerging tech sectors in Tucson
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidate competency
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and market positioning
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic recruitment consulting
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software or IT roles
- Proven track record of placing candidates in competitive tech markets
- Expert knowledge of recruitment technologies (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate candidates across full-stack, cloud, and AI domains
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and manage expectations
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CSP, or TAtech preferred)
