Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including outreach, screening, and interview coordination
- Develop deep partnerships with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics
- Optimize recruitment funnels using ATS systems and data-driven analytics
- Build and maintain robust passive talent pipelines for critical technical positions
- Execute targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill niche technical roles
- Maintain industry expertise through continuous learning on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments
- Proven success closing senior-level engineering and data science roles
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub talent mapping
- Strong technical aptitude to assess candidates for complex engineering roles
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment KPIs and SLAs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
