- Execute full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Analyze market trends to inform compensation strategies and talent acquisition plans
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize ATS workflows
- Exceed quarterly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in tech or healthcare staffing
- Proven track record of high-volume placements with 90%+ retention rates
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment
- Valid Washington state staffing license
