Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open positions using ATS platforms and job boards
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Contribute to marketing initiatives to attract top local talent
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic ATS platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
