Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical roles (IT, Engineering, Healthcare, etc.) using various sourcing methods.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from building a talent pipeline to closing the offer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to maximize visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and salary benchmarks.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill positions and meeting recruitment targets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
