Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for IT, engineering, and finance positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients
- Sourc passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct technical interviews and skills assessments
- Manage candidate pipeline using ATS (Greenhouse)
- Drive team recruitment metrics: 15+ placements/month
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record in technical or executive placement
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Lever)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Ohio driver's license for client meetings
- Ability to travel 10% of time statewide
