Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, networking, and referrals
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with Omaha-area businesses
- Match candidates with ideal full-time positions across various industries
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to placement
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for continuous improvement
- Represent our agency at local career fairs and industry events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing or corporate environment
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and build robust talent pipelines
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
