What You Will Do
As a key member of our team, you will:
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse client sectors, including IT, Engineering, and Administrative roles.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies in Pennsylvania.
- Source, screen, interview, and place high-quality candidates that align with client technical and cultural requirements.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms to identify passive talent pools.
- Conduct market research to advise clients on salary benchmarks and hiring trends.
- Train and mentor junior recruiters and support staff to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance within the United States.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse).
