Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech platforms
- Develop deep expertise in technical domains including cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and full-stack development
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer negotiation with 95% placement success rate
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic networking and industry events
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and reduce time-to-fill by 30%
- Maintain compliance with EEO regulations and ATS best practices
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate evaluation criteria
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record placing senior-level engineers
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find talent across Python, Java, AWS, Kubernetes, and ML frameworks
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of technical interview processes and whiteboard evaluation
- BA/BS in Business, HR, or technical field or equivalent experience
- PHR/SPHR or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements
- Philadelphia-based with established local tech network
