- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving needs and deliver exceptional service.

- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate competitive compensation packages and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing within the United States.
- Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of the IT landscape, including software development, engineering, and data science roles.
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
