As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be the face of our agency, managing the entire candidate lifecycle from intake to placement. We are looking for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about the staffing industry.
Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit for various open positions.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with 100% accuracy and up-to-date candidate data.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Process daily timesheets and payroll documentation to facilitate weekly and daily pay cycles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary staff to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct onboarding orientations for new temporary employees, explaining company policies and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a staffing, recruiting, or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends during peak hiring seasons.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
