Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews and schedules with hiring managers across Columbus.
- Provide exceptional support to candidates, answering questions about job openings and daily pay options.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track job orders and candidate pipelines.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to fill open positions quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business or HR is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Columbus area.
