Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various positions using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinating the placement process, including onboarding paperwork and orientation.
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both clients and temporary workers.
- Managing daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (ATS experience is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is a plus.
