Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates for daily pay roles.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and client job orders.
- Conduct thorough background checks and verify credentials to ensure 100% compliance and quality assurance.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers with precision and professionalism.
- Process payroll and manage timesheets to guarantee our 'daily pay' promise is fulfilled for every team member.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with local businesses in Memphis to understand their evolving workforce needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, answering questions about benefits, schedules, and job placement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse personalities and professional backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
