Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight staffing assignments for 15+ client accounts
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities for critical coverage
- Manage timekeeping and payroll processing for night staff
- Resolve urgent staffing issues with 15-minute SLA
- Conduct candidate interviews via video conference during night hours
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and labor regulations
- Generate daily staffing reports for senior management
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing or agency coordination experience
- Proven night shift management background
- CA staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Crisis resolution and decision-making expertise
- Strong communication skills across diverse industries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license for client visits
