Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in night shift positions across healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Seattle-based employers requiring overnight staffing solutions
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure optimal job matches
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding support
- Utilize ATS systems to track placements, metrics, and pipeline management
- Provide exceptional client service and candidate support during non-traditional hours
- Drive recruitment strategies through targeted job boards and community outreach
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with proven night shift placement experience
- Deep knowledge of Seattle's overnight job market and labor regulations
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across diverse industries (healthcare, logistics, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage candidates during evening hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Valid Washington State staffing agency license or ability to obtain immediately
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during night shift hours
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
