Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for overnight shift positions across diverse industries
- Conduct phone/video interviews with candidates during night hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Manage applicant tracking system and update candidate pipelines in real-time
- Collaborate with day shift recruiters to ensure consistent candidate experience
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers for urgent staffing needs
- Onboard new hires remotely and conduct orientation sessions
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Bullhorn or Greenhouse
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Valid New York State driver's license (for occasional client visits)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools
- Experience in healthcare or logistics staffing preferred
