Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end staffing operations for night shift assignments across multiple industries
- Screen, interview, and deploy qualified candidates for overnight positions
- Maintain real-time communication with clients and night shift staff via digital platforms
- Resolve urgent staffing issues and escalate concerns during non-business hours
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for night shift workers
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure operational continuity
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize overnight deployment efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing/recruitment with night shift experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong written/verbal communication with remote teams
- Ability to work independently overnight (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
